Maison Kayser Nigeria had no local digital home. The international site served as a locator and catalogue. We developed this pilot as a proposed operating model that makes the food, places and practical details accessible together.
Project 01 / Maison Kayser Nigeria
From a place to discover to a place to return to.

The project
A digital home for the bakery, the menu and the moments around the table.
Hospitality starts before the table.
The website should carry the experience into the restaurant.
Give a visitor a reason to come in, then make the next step clear. Let a seated guest explore the menu and ask for service without replacing the person looking after the table.

One product. Different contexts.
Food, place and a clear next step.
An editorial public experience connects the menu, individual dishes, maison pages and reservation requests. Menu data carries names, descriptions and naira prices sourced from the Nigeria menu. Real food and place photography give the product its character.

A public experience with an operating layer.
The implementation connects a shared catalogue, branch information, reservations and table sessions to a staff workspace. Staff surfaces cover service requests, reservations, menu availability and table links. Authentication and realtime service updates sit behind that workspace.

A service signal, not a replacement for service.
The table flow lets guests browse and shortlist dishes, then signal that they are ready to order. The staff service board is designed to claim and handle the request. The request stays connected to the table it came from.
One digital home, from discovery to the table.
The working pilot brings the brand, food, places and reservation request flow into one experience. Behind it sits a staff layer for service requests, reservations and menu availability, which takes the project well beyond a marketing website.
