The project
A multi-tenant agency operations platform that brings creators, hiring, leads, reports, invoices, calendar, settings and messaging into one controlled system.
The operating problem
Agency work needs one place to happen.
Access model
The dashboard is tenant-aware.
Backend route modules require authentication and filter dashboard queries by agency identity. Settings, profile, agency, session and notification routes add role-aware boundaries around the work people are allowed to perform.
Product surface
Operations, finance and team workflows share a backend.
The implementation spans a Next.js frontend and an Express backend, connecting dashboards with agency data, revenue views, team workflows, marketing surfaces and messaging-related modules.
