Veridion deals in off-market residential acquisitions. We took on this rebuild independently. Its previous public website could show an active property in one place and an empty featured section in another. Investors needed a coherent way to read the numbers and examine the evidence.
Project 03 / Veridion Capital
A small inventory. A serious deal book.

The project
An investor-focused acquisition book that puts the deal before the sales pitch.
The inventory was small. The information was not.
A small inventory should feel selective, not empty.
Treat the website as a private acquisition book. Give every deal enough space to stand on its own, and make the review sequence explicit.

One product. Different contexts.
Numbers first. Evidence alongside.
Acquisition price, after-repair value and gross spread sit with condition photography and comparable sales. The hierarchy follows an investor’s review: understand the numbers, examine the property, check the comparables, then inquire.

One inventory, everywhere it appears.
The homepage, deal index and individual deal pages read through one inventory repository. Status changes flow through the active surfaces and discovery metadata. An empty inventory has its own deliberate state rather than a contradictory collection of blocks.

A clearer structure for the same business.
The original public site capture documents the earlier presentation. The rebuild organizes the existing property evidence around investor decisions, without inventing missing numbers or presenting gross spread as profit.

Enough detail to ask a better question.
Investors can move from the active book to a deal, inspect the property gallery and read comparable sales. The inquiry flow keeps a direct contact fallback available when automated delivery is not configured.

A public presence organized around the deal itself.
A deployed acquisition book centralizes the inventory, property evidence and contact actions. The outcome is a clearer investor review experience, supported by the live product and the underlying implementation.
